Law Society Precedents Order Form

To order your Law Society Precedents simply:

  • Complete this form and return it to the Law Society. (Review the latest price list before ordering).
  • A licence agreement will then be forwarded from the Society. (There is no licence agreement for Pages 1 and 2 of the Contract for Sale of Land or for the Contract for Sale of Business).
  • Sign and return the licence agreement to the Society, together with payment - either a cheque for the necessary amount, including the maintenance fee if required, or with your credit card details.
  • You will then receive a login and password to access the Precedents.
